Age Requirement

This site and all products sold are restricted to adults 21 years of age or older. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at purchase, pickup, or delivery. We will refuse service to anyone who cannot provide proof of age at handoff.

Orders & Inventory

Menu inventory is shown live via our Dutchie integration. Prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates New York State possession limits (3 oz of flower or 24g of concentrate per transaction), or any order that we reasonably believe is not intended for adult-use personal consumption.

Payment

We accept cash, debit, and CanPay. Credit cards are not accepted due to federal banking restrictions. Payment is taken in person at pickup or delivery.

Delivery

We deliver across most of Manhattan during operating hours (Sun–Wed 9a–11p, Thu–Sat 9a–12a). Delivery times are estimates. The recipient must be 21 or older with valid ID at the address. We do not enter residences or hotel rooms. Free delivery on orders over $100.

Returns

Cannabis products cannot be returned once they leave the store, in compliance with New York State regulations. If a product arrives defective or mislabeled, contact us within 48 hours at (646) 410-0088.
